At Rebel Hue Tattoo Company LLC, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping our products. Due to the nature of tattoo aftercare, personal care products, and professional-use supplies, all sales are final.


All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, including professional bulk items, once an order has been shipped.

Returns are only accepted in the event that an item arrives damaged during transit.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The item must have been damaged during shipping

  • The product must be unused

  • Clear photos of the damaged item, inner packaging, and outer shipping box must be provided

Failure to submit the required information within the stated timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


Replacement or Refund

Once your damage claim is reviewed and approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Issue a replacement for the damaged item or

  • Issue a refund to the original form of payment

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Professional-use bulk items not damaged in transit

  • Orders refused or returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer


Order Issues & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing order details and shipping information before completing checkout. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
